Humans are by nature creatures of relationship. Whether that is a relationship with another person, within a family system or as part of a community, people tend to thrive interacting with other people. Because of this second nature, people also tend to thrive when they view their health through a relational lens. What is your relationship with exercise? With your diet? Sleep?
